Celebrate good times..come on!

Who do you tell when something amazing has happened? Partner, family, friends? If it’s something work related and you work for yourself? Same as the above?

Well, I hope so. I hope you do tell people (and maybe share on social media too), because I think it’s important to talk about our success and to celebrate. Maybe this is making you cringe slightly, but bear with me. I work alone for half of the week. I am lucky that I have 2 excellent coaches, and fantastic clients to share my successes with but ultimately I can be on my own for long periods of time, at my desk, not speaking to anyone. Also there are occasions when things don’t go to plan.

So this is my tip. Celebrate by telling the world that something amazing has happened. Then write it on a piece of paper (I like coloured ones), pop it in a box, and then at the end of the year, or whenever you are feeling a little blue, get them out and read them. You can also put client feedback on it too. It’s up to you. A box of celebrations. Without the calories. 
